About 1 week ago, I fell two stories off some scaffolding.  Fortunately, I landed on my feet, but my knee continued to tighten up and get sore overnight.  I have been using my weekly chiropractic visits as my first stop for health issues. 

Dr. Henry sent me to my MD for x-rays (as they are covered by insurance).  I had no broken bones or chips, just a bone bruise and a sore lower back.
