Dr. Jeff here. If you are not familiar with Tai Chi, don't go looking for it at Starbucks! This article describes some of the amazing benefits of this ancient form of exercise. It is a perfect companion to your chiropractic care.
Chiropractic care helps remove nervous system interference and allows your body to function in a coordinated, synergistic fashion. Tai Chi reinforces coordinated and smooth motion by gentle exercise, stretching, and relaxation.
So, if you are feeling a little sluggish, stiff, sore, tired and want more energy, try passing up the coffee and tea, grab a tall glass of pure cold water, and do some Tai Chi.
